Job Details
- Experience in SAP AMS Support projects and Incident management.
- Interface Knowledge, Idocs: ACC_DOC / INVOIC01
- Design Configuration Solutions based on business requirements and SAP Best practices.
- Knowledge in Flat file interfaces on Payroll etc. Familiar with Concur- Employee Time and expense Invoicing
- Vertex knowledge, Vertex development is a plus. Vertex TRO (Tax Rule Optimization) and upgrade experience. Candidate must have experience in resolving errors on master data and customer certificates stored in vertex.
- Configure different rules for different customers, Upload GL accounts, when necessary, modify in vertex etc.
- Tax calculations and account determination etc., in conjunction with vertex
- Banking- Automatic payment Program- Accounts payable- Idoc interface. Accounts Receivables Lockbox etc.
- FSCM- Credit Rebuild / Dispute management.
- Purchase order invoicing- Stock/ Dropship/ Consignment- Need to be familiar on the sequence- Tariff enhancements.
- Analyze complex business processes and collaborated with various business departments, Stakeholders
- Collaborate with Project planning, Supply Chain Management and Tax Management-Vertex Team for understanding business processes and integration with Finance Solutions.
- Develop configuration Tracker document for SAP S4 HANA implementation for SAP Finance.
- Prepare RICEFW for implementations of Change Requests/enhancements.
- Complete the Change request process end to end from requirement gathering, building Functional/technical specifications, Approval of Technical/Functional Specs, Development, Unit Testing, SIT, UAT and Deploy Launch
- Work with the Development Team to build technical designs and testing. Integrated FICO with MM, SD, P2P, O2C.
- Support SAP Cash Management and Multi-Bank Connectivity. Provide Post Go-live support- experience in SAP AMS Support for daily business operations in the Hypercare Period
