Key Activities
Team training on the use of Signavio
Documentation of To-Be processes fully documented withing Signavio Process Manager
Setup Process Documentation Template
Maintain Common Dictionary Terms
Integration of SAP Best Practices into Signavio, when available
Review and formal approval of To-Be Processes using Signavio Process Governance
Implementation of Value Accelerators in specific areas, if available
Proposal for specific KPIs by LoB
Integration with Cloud ALM (If available)
Setup SAP Process Insights and report out on agreed-upon business areas
