The hiring range for this position is $78,000 to $95,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of B2B marketing campaigns focused on pipeline acceleration, retention, engagement, acquisition and revenue growth.
- Coordinate campaign activities and campaign timelines across digital advertising, email, webinars, events, and content marketing.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide insights for optimization.
- Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure marketing initiatives are strategically aligned with brand messaging and effectively resonate with target audiences.
- Support audience analysis and segmentation to ensure campaigns are targeting the right personas with relevant messaging.
- Support sales enablement by working closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts drive engagement and pipeline growth.
- Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage campaigns and report on results.
- Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Assist in maintaining marketing workflows, documentation, and best practices to improve efficiency.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new marketing opportunities.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
- Proven experience executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, paid media, content, events, ABM).
- Knowledge and experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of sales enablement and the B2B sales funnel.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and interact with team members in other departments.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling messaging and marketing materials.
- Proficiency in Adobe Product Suite is a plus (ex: Adobe Experience Manager, Customer Journey Analytics.
- Familiarity with intent data and predictive analytics tools (e.g., 6sense, Bombora).
