The hiring range for this position is $68,000 to $80,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and implement sales enablement programs that support the sales team in engaging with B2B prospects and customers effectively.
- Create and optimize sales collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers, and product overviews, ensuring alignment with SHRM’s brand messaging.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify gaps in sales enablement resources and develop solutions to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with product marketing and content teams to craft compelling messaging tailored to different buyer personas and industries.
- Develop playbooks, tear sheets, and competitive analysis materials to equip the sales team with the insights needed to position SHRM’s offerings effectively.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all sales enablement materials.
- Provide ongoing support to sales by delivering timely updates on marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer insights.
- Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously refine enablement strategies and improve effectiveness.
- Work closely with the demand generation team to ensure marketing efforts translate into sales-ready opportunities.
- Measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs by tracking engagement, adoption rates, and impact on pipeline and revenue.

Education:

- Experience developing sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, case studies, competitive analysis, and sales playbooks.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams to enhance messaging, training, and go-to-market strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking sales enablement performance metrics and optimizing strategies based on insights.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel, lead nurturing, and marketing-to-sales alignment.
