Job description – The Senior Systems Administrator will be responsible for planning, administering, and supporting servers, infrastructures, storage, and networking of ten properties. The Senior Systems Administrator will also manage user access and data security in accordance with program’s security standards.

Job responsibilities but not limited to -

•          Provide IT support for 300 computers in 10 hotel/resort properties in Myrtle Beach/ North Myrtle Beach.

·         T- SQL Design – dynamic SQL create, edit complex queries, and script both SQL and HTML.

·         Schedule and launch queries via BCP and SQL CMD in windows and Linux environments.

·         Install and configure DNS and DHCP in both Windows and Linux environment.

·         Build/repair PCs

·         Configure new desktops, laptops, and printers.  Install and administer WIFI.

·         Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.  Complete system tickets to completion.

·         Create and administer email addresses on Windows Exchange and Linux Postfix

·         Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards.

Requirements -

·         T-SQL Designer - 2-5 years’ experience with TSQL including dynamic SQL, creating and editing complex queries.

·         Ability to schedule and launch queries via BCP and SQLCMD in Windows and Linux environments.

·         Windows Systems Administration – Experienced with Hyper-V Virtualization, Active Directory, on-premises Exchange 2013-2019, batch/command file construction.

·         Ability to create and work with VB.NET, ASP.NET a big plus. 

·         Linux Systems Administration – Able to install and configure Debian-based Linux servers, write and work with BASH scripts, understand NFS file sharing and SMB shares.

·         Network Administration – Able to install and configure DNS and DHCP in both Windows and Linux environments. Experienced with WIFI installation and administration is a plus, Unifi experience is a big plus.

·         Windows Desktop – Experienced in help desk and customer service, able to work a ticket system to completion. Install printers and drivers, install software as AD Admin for Corporate user base.

·         Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

·         Provide after-hours support when required

·         Scripting, SQL, HTML are pluses

·         Level One trouble ticket support, provide resolution or escalate

·         Must have transportation and valid DL. Job duties can be at any of our properties
