Samaritan Health Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, or Psychologist to join our team in Lebanon, OR.

Job Specifics
- Financial incentives include starting bonus and relocation funds, with additional loan assistance funds available for licensed psychologists
- Mon-Fri schedule, with flexibility for four or five day work week, and no call responsibilities
- Full-time is 25 patient contact hours weekly, with average volume of 10 patients/day
- Utilize brief visits (20-30 minutes), limited to 6-8 per episode of care, provided in primary care clinic
- Consult and collaborate on a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated on-site care, recommendations, and feedback to medical providers and allied staff, with the goal of assisting PCPs with management of mental and behavioral health concerns.
- Have a clearly distinguished role from specialty mental health therapist practice model
- Practice in a population-based practice management strategy with flexibility to be interrupted to respond to urgent/emergency situations and “curb-side consults”

Job Requirements
- Doctoral Level Degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in clinical psychology from an APA accredited institution – Health Psychology emphasis preferred; OR Master’s level (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) education/training
- Current Oregon Licensure or license eligible (licensed psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in behavioral health
- Knowledge in working with patients who have chronic health conditions
