Requirements

Job Responsibilities :

Assist the Physical Therapist (PT) in implementing treatment plans for patients.
Provide therapy services to improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued care.
Document patient progress and report to the supervising PT.
Ensure patient safety and follow best practices in home care settings.

Qualifications :

Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Maryland

Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in home care.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
