Key Responsibilities:
- Manage content and campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Research consumer behavior to create effective marketing strategies.
- Build brand value and drive awareness across all platforms.
- Partner with internal teams to achieve profitable sales.
- Use data to enhance omnichannel performance and track campaign success (ROI, KPIs).
- Stay updated on digital trends to improve marketing efforts.
- Optimize digital shelf presence, product offerings, and market strategies.
- Collaborate on promotional activities, events, and trade shows, measuring their ROI.
- Lead creative brief development and coordinate with creative teams.
- Train, mentor, and manage team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-8 years of marketing experience, including 3 years managing teams.
- Proven background in CPG, digital marketing, and eCommerce.
- Expertise in PPC, SEO, SEM, and media buying.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.).
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on consumer data and ROI.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Openness to feedback and a proactive approach.
- Attention to detail and consistency.
- Knowledge of production, proofing, and printing processes.
