Shugarman’s Bath is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Appointment Setter to represent our company in a designated partner retail store. As the face of our brand, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, sparking conversations, answering questions, and setting appointments for our Design Consultant to offer FREE In-Home Consultations for bathtub and shower replacements.

This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and gaining hands-on experience in sales. If you have strong customer service skills and a go-getter attitude, this could be a highly rewarding opportunity—with great earning potential!

What You’ll Do:

• Book appointments for customers to meet with our design team.
• Engage with attendees and customers at our company booths located in a designated partner retail store in Poway, Ca.
• Answer any questions about our bath remodel process— don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything!
• Provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet company quotas and objectives.
• Represent Shugarman’s Bath in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.

What You Should Know:

• Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday
• Shifts available: 8:30am-2:00pm and 1:45pm-7:15pm. Each shift is 5.5 hours
• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Compensation: Hourly Rate $20 per hour
• Bonus Opportunities: Earn a $50 bonus for each appointment you book that results in an in-home demonstration by our design consultant.
• Potential Earnings: With bonuses, you could potentially make over $60k per year working less than 30 hours per week. It’s all in your hands.
• Paid Bi-Montly
• 401k: Eligible to participate in the company 401(k) after 90 days.Note:

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in sales and customer service is preferred
• The successful candidate will be subject to our pre-employment background check, and drug screening.
