Exterior Cleaning Technician at Shulla Exterior Cleaning

Job Overview:

This job includes performing three services. Pressure washing, window cleaning and gutter cleaning. Technicians will start at a central location each day, drive to jobs, complete their work, invoice customers and return back. This also includes other tasks such as cleaning the trucks daily and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Complete pressure washing, window cleaning and gutter cleaning jobs to a high standard
• Operate company equipment such as pressure washers
• Follow safety protocols
• Communicate with customers regarding services, invoicing and other questions
• Drive company vehicles to job sites

Qualifications:

• Have a valid Drivers license
• Speak clear and fluent english
• No prior felonies
• Ability to lift 60lbs overhead

Pay:

We use a performance based pay structure where you are paid based on how much money you make the business. Each employee will make 33% of the revenue they generate from their labor on each job. You will always make at least $18/hr as a minimum even if the 33% of the revenue you generated is less than that. In addition, you will receive 100% of tips and $10 for every 5 star google review.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 50 per week
