Banking Domain Data Quality Analyst/Lead - LoanIQ EDMO

The Enterprise Data Management Office oversees critical bank data for reporting, management, and customer impact, ensuring consistent data quality. The role involves managing data within federated domains to ensure accountability, streamline operations, and maintain data integrity across the organization.
Role Summary
As the LoanIQ Data Quality Analyst, you will lead data quality efforts during the transition to the LoanIQ platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise data management standards. This role requires analytical expertise, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in SQL, along with the ability to communicate data insights effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to understand needs, document requirements, and propose solutions.
- Manage and prioritize data requirements, ensuring quality control and compliance with standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to track issues and ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee the transition from project mode to operational stability, acting as a LoanIQ Data Subject Matter Expert.
- Provide training and guidance on data quality, analytics, and controls.
Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Experience in Sell Side banking systems implementation or migration.
- Proficiency in SQL, data mining, and schema mapping.
- Knowledge of data models, MS Office tools, JIRA, and Agile methodology.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Risk Management, or related fields.
Experience:
- 7 years in relevant roles.
- Familiarity with regulatory change management and data governance frameworks.
- Preferred experience with LoanIQ, Python, Power BI, and financial industry practices.
This role is critical in ensuring robust data governance and operational excellence within the banking domain.
