Lead ACI Network Operations Engineer (Infrastructure)
MUST be local to New York City, Hybrid Schedule at least 3 days onsite Reports to: Director of Network Operations
Salary Range: up to $170k base
Supports and maintains network infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, WLAN, Cisco ACI, Firewalls, Load Balancing, Proxies, Bluecat DNS, and monitoring tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with third-party providers and escalate issues as needed.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and maintain documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 10 years in mission-critical network support.
- Vendor certifications/training preferred.
- Experience with Windows/Linux, scripting, troubleshooting, and time management.
Technologies:
- OS: Linux & Windows
- Hardware: Cisco ACI, routers, switches, Fortinet firewalls, F5 LTM/GTM, Extrahop, Bluecat DNS
- Applications: Cisco ISE, BlueCAT DDI, SSL/PKI
