Shulman Rogers is seeking an Human Resources Coordinator to join its HR team. The Coordinator will support the HR department's programs and processes, encompassing a variety of responsibilities. Key duties include assisting with recruitment efforts, managing onboarding procedures, and maintaining accurate employee records. Additionally, the HR Coordinator assists with compliance with labor laws and company policies, provides administrative support for employee benefits programs, and addresses employee inquiries and concerns.
Requirements include:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 2 years' experience in HR preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and all levels of Firm management.
- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and technology savvy.
