The Legal Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to attorneys and the legal team in the Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Department, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Key responsibilities include managing office operations, organizing case files, assisting with scheduling and calendaring, and utilizing case management software to support legal proceedings.
Requirements include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal administrative or similar role.
- Proficiency with case management software (FileVine experience a plus).
- Knowledge of legal terminology, court filing procedures, and document management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
