JOB TYPE: Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze sketches, notes and other input to determine and plan the best approach to develop and complete the drawings with minimal supervision.
• Prepare finished CAD drawings using AutoCAD from complex sketches, notes, layout, details, and verbal instructions.
• Check drawings for quality assurance.
• Independently maintain accuracy, quality, completeness, and schedule.
• Learn and adhere to required CAD standards and requirements on a project-by-project basis.
• Work with project managers and design engineers to ensure timely project completion within allocated budgets which may include occasional overtime work.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience in AutoCAD (required).

· Experience with Revit (desired).

· Experience in a similar position.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, committed to project schedules and deadlines, able to work independently and within a team environment, and self-motivated.

· Associates Degree in Drafting/Design (preferred).

· Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings (preferred).
