Your Role
As a Mobile Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service directly to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are safe and reliable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, including:
- Oil and filter changes.
- Tire rotations and air filter replacements.
- Lubrication and other minor services.
- Complete Factory Recalls scheduled by the service department.
- Meet customers at their homes, workplaces, or fleet locations, providing a convenient and professional service experience.
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections to ensure safety and identify potential service needs.
- Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders.
- Collaborate with the Mobile Service Manager to prepare for upcoming appointments and maintain inventory on the service van.
- Maintain a mobile van service log to ensure the equipment is always in top condition.
- Stay current by participating in manufacturer training programs and events.
What You Bring to the Team

Qualifications:
- Preferred but NOT Required: Previous vehicle maintenance or repair experience.
- A positive, friendly attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic computer competencies and familiarity with diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills—you’ll be the face of our operation!
- Dexterity, steady hands, and good hand-eye coordination.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
