Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Clearly communicate service options and prioritize customer needs
- Keep customers informed on status updates, repair timelines, and costs
- Provide accurate repair and maintenance estimates
- Answer phone inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner
- Assist customers with technical questions and warranty details
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction scores
- Capture and document customer concerns through interviews
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely service
- Support appointment coordinators through scheduling system use
- Represent the dealership with a positive, customer-first attitude
Qualifications:
- Previous quick lube or oil change experience preferred (not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, organized, and professional demeanor
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus
- A team player with a self-motivated mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
