What You’ll Do:
- You'll be the face of our service team—responsible for ensuring our customers’ vehicles are picked up, delivered, and handled with care and professionalism.
- Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Pick-Up & Delivery
- Transport customer vehicles from their home or workplace to the dealership for service
- Return vehicles upon completion and ensure a smooth, courteous hand off
- Customer Communication
- Use a smartphone to stay in touch with customers and update them on estimated arrival or return times
- Vehicle Inspections
- Conduct walk-around inspections during pick-up and drop-off
- Take before-and-after photos to document vehicle condition
- Shuttle Service
- Provide rides for customers as needed with professionalism and care
- Test Drives
- Perform test drives as required for service verification and report any issues noted during driving

Qualifications:
- Comfortable using your smartphone for communication and scheduling
- Friendly, professional attitude and customer-first mindset

- Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Preferred (but not required):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or automotive roles
