Our ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of medical malpractice litigation experience, with significant deposition experience. This position requires the ability to manage complex case assignments, strong communication, research and writing skills, and the ability to manage and communicate with clients on an ongoing basis.

This position will sit on-site in the Charlotte, North Carolina office.
Education, Experience and Skills:
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Active North Carolina bar license
- Minimum 4 years of medical malpractice litigation experience
- Strong technological skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and practice management systems, portals and technologies
- Superior research skills, including the use of online services, databases and the Internet
- Superior organizational skills
- Project management skills including a strong aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting position static for up to one-half hour at a time
- Lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds occasionally, up to one hour per day
- Bending and stooping occasionally, up to one-half hour per day
