We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and HVAC systems.
- Operate a box truck for the delivery of appliances and parts as needed.
- Utilize schematics to understand appliance systems and troubleshoot effectively.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs, timelines, and any necessary follow-up work.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician is preferred.
- Strong mechanical systems and HVAC components.
- Familiarity with equipment repair techniques and troubleshooting methods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to operate a box truck safely and efficiently for deliveries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license is required.
