Responsibilities :
Duties include but are not limited to :
- Create and serve a diverse range of high-quality craft cocktails with precision and artistry, adhering to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and mixology techniques to craft unique, innovative, and seasonally inspired cocktails.
- Ensure the bar area is stocked, organized, and presentable, including proper handling of ingredients and equipment.
- Engage with guests, offering recommendations, describing cocktails, and providing excellent service while showcasing your expertise.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop cocktail pairings that complement the restaurant's menu offerings.
- Uphold strict adherence to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
