Responsibilities :
First Impression Specialist : Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for their dining experience at Gallion's.
Reservation Management : Efficiently manage reservations and waitlists, ensuring accurate seating arrangements and timely guest flow. Utilize reservation systems to optimize table turnover.
Guest Liaison : Act as a liaison between guests and the service team, providing information about wait times, specials, and answering general inquiries to enhance the overall dining experience.
Seating Strategy : Understand the layout of the restaurant and implement strategic seating plans to optimize server workloads and enhance overall efficiency.
Upscale Ambiance Maintenance : Contribute to the upscale ambiance of Gallion's by ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and exudes a sophisticated atmosphere.
Problem Resolution : Handle guest concerns and issues with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate with the management team to find swift and effective resolutions.
