Legal Case Manager to manage the day to day handling of 100-150 personal injury clients and their claims.
Summary
As a Case Manager at Shunnarah Injury Lawyers, you will play a vital role in managing client cases from inception to resolution. This position is essential in ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive support throughout their legal journey, aligning with our commitment to excellence in personal injury law.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee client case files, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate medical treatment
- Maintain contact with clients
- Open up claims with insurance companies and monitor same
- Order and gather all related medical records and bills
- Obtain all health insurance subrogation and liens
- Prepare and organize Case Demand/Settlement Packages for presentation to insurance companies
- Conduct thorough document reviews and assist in legal drafting as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders regarding case progress.
- Maintain organized records of case activities and client communications.
- Assist with filing and data entry tasks to support the legal team.
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when interacting with clients and vendors.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CASE MANAGER POSITION IN PLAINTIFF'S PERSONAL INJURY.
- Adept in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience in using Case Management Software and Filevine a PLUS.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple cases.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
