Administrative Assistant needed 2 days a week, Tue and Thur, 9-3pm
Depending on skill level, salary will be determined per hour and on contract. Has to have. At least 2-3 years of Quickbooks knowledge with AP/ AR, Reconcillations , payroll and banking.
Will be assisting managers, daily email entry, doing admin, keeping calendar and appointments, helping with research, filing, Quickbooks, phone Etc. Office and excel knowledge important .
Needs to be proficient in computers, an excellent communicator, good manners and pleasant phone voice, helpful and considerate with customers, and a fun attitude.
Summary
