System Analyst
Work Location: Omaha, Hybrid
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Functions:
- Working familiarity with ERP systems and 3rd party add-on integrations.
- Plays an active role in implementing new technical processes and services that fit into the operation roadmap.
- Ability to effectively work independently and as a member of the team.
- Develop and maintain system documentation.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Instruct others on how to use new systems through training programs and documents.
- Develop testing methods and verify changes.
- Help to develop and implement change management procedures.
- Evaluate system processes and look for ways to enhance or build efficiencies.
- Ensuring the continuous functionality of the system during maintenance and testing.
- Develop and implement data migration and system integration plans.
- Knowledge of the Incident Response life-cycle and provides support for system specific issues when applicable.
- Familiar with EDI systems, development, implementation, integration mapping, and debugging.
- Ability to design and create workflow processes with various systems.
- Willingness to travel to South Dakota office as needed.
Experience:
2-4 years of similar or related experience.
1-2 years of MS SQL experience.
Experience with database administration is a plus.
Knowledge of any programming language.
Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
Previous experience with Infor Visual ERP is a plus.
