SUMMARY and RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Ability to work with hands for long periods of time 

• Using tools such as; grinders, saws, drills, etc. 

• Be able to determine condition of tools 

• Work in a fast paced environment with fast changing priorities and report productivity to the Service Center Manager. 

• Keeping work area clean and organized is required. 

• Provide a high level of attention to detail and focus on a given task. 

• Follow all company rules and policies. 

• Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency. 

• Assemble items as instructed by Service Center Manager. 

• Lift raw materials, final products, and items packed for shipment, manually, or using hoist. 

• Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators. 

• Dependable work ethic and punctual attendance is essential to the success of the job 

EDUCATION: 

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 

Mathematical Skills 

• Knowledge of mathematics as it pertains to layout & machining. 

• Ability to apply addition, subtraction, and other basic mathematical concepts related to the job. 

LANGUAGE SKILLS: 

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 

Reasoning Ability 

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Schedule: 

• 8 hour shift 

• Day shift 

• Monday to Friday 

• Overtime 

Education: 

• High school or equivalent (Preferred) 

Experience: 

• Installation & Repair: 2 years (Preferred) 

Qualifications 

  

• Must have the ability to interpret drawings and blueprints 

• Prior experience with lathes and mills is preferred, but not required
