- Manage daily operations of the car wash site, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Oversee customer service interactions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Supervise car wash for quality assurance.
- Utilize janitorial and custodial skills to uphold site cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate scheduling, inventory, and maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrate leadership by motivating and training team members.
- Utilize computer skills for administrative tasks and utilize Microsoft Office effectively.
- Valid driver's license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
