We are looking for a dedicated professional to ensure the quality of our raw materials through comprehensive auditing, testing, and inspecting.

Responsibilities
- Utilizing Inspection Instructions, Test Plans, Process Instructions, and Engineering Drawings.
- Navigating SAP for Bills of Materials, Engineering Drawings, Material Locations, Inspection Plans, and material movements.
- Conducting Visual, Mechanical, and Functional Inspections of Materials, Subassemblies, and Products according to the relevant guidelines.
- Applying sampling plans effectively.
- Using measurement and testing instruments such as Vernier calipers, Micrometers, Ohmmeters, and Rulers.
- Operating Vision System Equipment like Keyence VHX and Keyence VR3200.
- Handling Coordinate Measuring Machines such as Romer Arm, OGP, and CMM.
- Preparing detailed reports and maintaining records of inspections, audits, and other activities.
- Reporting any discrepancies found in inspection plans.
- Interpreting Geometric and Dimensional Tolerancing (GD & T) on engineering drawings.
- Performing reliability tests on raw materials.
- Generating quality notifications for defects identified in raw materials.
- Following procedures to perform electrical tests.
- Applying ESD knowledge for inspecting electronic components.
- Tackling other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Completed technical degree or high schoool diploma
- 1 - 3 years Experience
- English 65% (Read Documentation)
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet objectives
- Good interpersonal skills (coordination with receiving, warehouse, planners, SQE)
