Spray Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spray Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest control and lawn care, with experience using various power and hand tools. This role involves applying treatments to landscapes, ensuring the health and aesthetics of outdoor spaces. The Spray Technician will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and providing excellent customer service through effective communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to designated areas according to safety regulations and company standards.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and machinery effectively for various horticultural tasks.
• Drive to job sites safely while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assess customer needs and provide recommendations for pest, turf, and ornamental lawn care solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments applied, including product types and quantities used.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality results.

Experience

• Previous experience in pest control or lawn care is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and landscape machinery is essential.
• Sales experience is a plus, as the role may involve recommending services to clients.
• A valid driver's license is required for this position.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices in all operations.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
