Realty Richmond and Shurm Homes seek a licensed Realtor (or someone with proven commissioned based sales experience willing to get licensed in real estate) to provide immediate and exceptional customer service to prospective new home buyers and sell new construction homes in communities throughout greater Richmond area.

The New Home Sales Agent has the unique and special ability to be a part of one of the biggest financial decisions most people ever make - to purchase a home. Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Greet and engage potential homeowners as they come in the model home, providing a warm and informative experience
- Build rapport with prospective customers and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the customer's needs and how those needs align with Shurm Homes' product design
- Show model home, homes under construction, home features, and home site availability to potential customers
- Educate buyers on the new home buying process
- Follow up with prospects and realtors to nurture relationships and convert into sales
- Hold model home open approximately 5 days a week, including weekends. Be available to meet with customers and realtors outside of model hours as needed
- Provide detailed quotes for new home builds and negotiate final contract pricing and terms using IHMS software
- Maintain up to date MLS listings with detailed and accurate information
- Prepare and facilitate the signing of purchase agreements
- Coordinate with lenders, office staff and others as necessary
- Maintain model home appearance and adhere to site agent expectations
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals as set by the sales manager
- While New Homes sales will take priority, Agents may still be able to continue meeting with resale clients as well.
