We are seeking a detail-oriented Research&Insights Manager to join our team. In this role, you will represent the voice of our consumer, designing, executing and managing custom research studies to guide decision making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all ad hoc and DIY research, including writing, programming (i.e., Toluna Quick Surveys, Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, etc.) and testing surveys, data collection, data analysis, and reporting of insights and recommendations.
- Manage large-scale surveys with external vendors, ensuring timely execution and reporting that is insights-driven and actionable.
- Consolidate survey findings (analyze, interpret, summarize) across projects and identify insights to build a comprehensive understanding of the consumer and market landscape.
- Maintain a vendor database and be the go-to expert on which vendor to leverage for various studies.
- Work with procurement and legal to execute RFPs and negotiate with vendors to optimize value.
- Maintain a brand health tracker and report on quarterly brand health to executive leadership.
- Assist in building a yearly learning plan, collaborating with various departments to understand research needs and objectives.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through data quality checks.
- Act as a self-starter with a bias toward action.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Statistics).
- At least 6 years of insights and research experience at a market research supplier and/or client-side market research function.
- Proven experience in designing and executing research studies.
- Robust knowledge of survey methodologies and survey writing expertise.
- Proficiency in survey programming tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to find insights in complex data.
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
