This role will focus on supporting Shutterfly’s Operations Finance for labor in financial planning and analysis.
Other focus areas include :
- Operations Finance labor management and supporting annual budget / strategic planning
- Drive Operations Finance initiatives including P&L reporting and management analytics
- Provide stakeholders and leadership status updates of Operations Finance initiatives, including new opportunities and potential risks
- Help identify and drive cost and efficiency initiatives
- Develop and track KPIs utilizing tools and technology
The Operations Finance labor role will require a high-energy, detail-oriented individual, adept at working through large data sets, structuring analyses, budgeting / forecasting, clarifying results, and effectively communicating key takeaways. The role will partner with our key business partners including senior Finance and Operations executives, supporting business decisions, budgeting, providing weekly labor reporting, and helping drive in-flight initiatives.
