We are seeking a Global People Operations Manager candidate for a 6-month contract. This person will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our People Ops and ensuring the seamless delivery of People support to employees. You will work closely with various departments across the organization to implement People strategies that support business objectives and promote a positive work environment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in People operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
People Operations Management :
- Oversee the daily operations needs of the HR department, including employee records, data management, auditing, and system compliance
- Support the first line response of HR department support inbox
- Oversee and own all onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day policy management
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Have an understanding of labor compliance requirements in key areas to support regional management
