Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Servers will be responsible for taking orders and providing guests with a great experience. Strong customer service skills are a must. Pay based on experience. Duties
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and manage transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Handle cash register operations accurately, including cash handling and basic retail math calculations.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending/serving experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be of legal drinking and/or serving age as per local regulations.
