Remote Customer Service Agent (Work From Home)

We are looking for independent contractors to serve as tax experts on behalf of our partners. We are looking for skilled customer support agents with prior experience working in contact centers and BPOs.
As an independent contractor (or agent), you will have full control over your work schedule and you will have the ability to choose which clients and call types you support.
The compensation varies for each client and contact type you support, but you will be paid per call you handle, per minute you're on the phone with a customer, or for the time you are available. This depends on the client.
We are a high-growth company looking to work with talented and motivated individuals as independent contractors.
Objectives:
- This role is for the hours of 4pm to 12am with flexible scheduling up to 35 hours per week.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate and complete information to resolve customer inquiries
- Be polite, professional, and thorough with each contact
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Skills
- Experienced customer service professional required
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication skills
Bring Your Own Device Requirements
- Must have a desktop or laptop device that has 4 GB of RAM, Windows 10, 15GHz processor, and 3 Mbps Upload/5 Mbps download speeds.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,100.00 per week
