Social Media & Brand Assistant – Si-Bella

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Social Media & Brand Assistant to help manage our online presence, assist with business operations, and support day-to-day brand tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
We need a highly organized, creative, and trend-savvy assistant who can manage social media while also helping with brand-related tasks. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, content creation, and entrepreneurship and wants to be involved in both the creative and operational side of a growing brand.
Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Content Creation
- Develop and execute a social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging, on-brand content (Reels, Stories, carousels, static posts, captions, etc.).
- Track and implement trending sounds, aesthetics, and viral moments to keep Si-Bella ahead of the curve.
- Engage with our audience—responding to DMs, comments, and interacting with relevant accounts to grow organically.
- Manage collaborations with influencers, brand ambassadors, and UGC creators. Brand & Business Assistance:
- Assist with email marketing, customer inquiries, and basic order management.
- Help coordinate sample production, supplier communication, and logistics.
- Keep track of launch timelines, inventory updates, and influencer partnerships.
- Assist with website updates, product descriptions, and marketing campaigns.
- Handle general administrative tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience in social media management, content creation, and branding (fashion or lifestyle industry preferred).
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Understands Gen Z & millennial consumer behavior and knows how to create content that converts.
- Has a strong eye for visuals, branding, and storytelling.
- Is tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, Later, Shopify, and email marketing platforms.
- Is adaptable and willing to grow with the brand, taking on more responsibility over time.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with influencer outreach and campaign coordination.
- Understanding of e-commerce, Shopify, and product launches.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and email marketing strategies.
