Responsibilities of a Junior Sales Trainee :
- Build trust with customers within a provided territory, ensuring their satisfaction, relaying product information, and uncovering upsell opportunities.
- Identify and secure new customers through strategic outreach and tailored sales solutions
- Conduct professional and persuasive sales presentations tailored to the customer's needs
- Educate potential buyers on our client’s current products, ongoing promotions, and updated services
- Assist our clients in acquiring new accounts and overseeing expanding markets
- Train directly with our Senior Sales Managers to develop full knowledge of our client’s mission, guidelines, compliance standards, sales strategies, and sales goals
- Review sale contracts with clients, identify their concerns, and negotiate accounts through upselling products and services as needed that will benefit both parties
