We are engaged in local community improvement projects to large, high-profile, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects with a strong reputation of delivering a wide range of projects for our clients in the public sector.
SIE is looking for an Executive Assistant in our New York City office to assist Senior Management in streamlining administrative processes and handling day-to-day operational tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is proactive, capable of working independently, and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities. The ideal candidate must also be able to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
This is a full-time position, reporting to the Firm’s Manhattan office five days per week.

Expected salary range is $65,000 - $90,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, skills, experience, and physical work location.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track documents for signature and/or notarization, ensuring timely completion
- Open, screen, and distribute incoming mail, scanning items to appropriate recipients as needed
- Registration of staff for professional events and distribution of calendar invitations and reminders
- Organizing and maintaining office files (electronic and/or hardcopy) and records as per internal policies and procedures
- Coordination for occasional meetings and appointments, including assisting with logistics involving meeting location, catering, room set-up, and preparation and coordination of all meeting materials
- Answering routine questions and routes or answers routing correspondence not requiring Senior Management attention
- Managing ad-hoc projects and tasks to support Senior Management’s daily activities
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- 3 years of experience working in an office environment and managing extensive email communication
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage work independently with minimal supervision
- Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Flexible, resourceful, and able to adapt to varying priorities
