The Role: As the Director of Infrastructure Services, reporting to the CIO, you will provide strategic leadership while ensuring the Global IT Services meets the needs of SI Groups business goals and objectives. You will have oversight of data center operations, global site support, service continuity, Microsoft and back-office solutions, software licensing, IT Asset Management, servers, enterprise storage management, network and telecommunications, Global Service desk and alignment to IT Security group. You will be responsible for project and change management, budget management, vendor contracts, staffing, and support of global strategic IT projects while implementing cost effective solutions to meet changing business needs and realize savings.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT policies and best practices to support organizational objectives.
- Project Management: Direct and oversee IT-related projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
- IT Service Delivery: Document, design, and optimize enterprise IT service delivery processes.
- People Leadership: Drive the vision, daily operation and support of a high performing IT Infrastructure and Services team located Globally.
- Services Management: Review and approve major IT contracts and establish strategic partnerships with service providers.
- Risk Management & Security: Collaborate with the CIO and Security Lead to ensure IT security and data integrity across business units.
- Business Decision Support: Develop performance management systems to support the CIO’s strategic decision-making.
- Technology & Investment Assessment: Assist the CIO in evaluating IT assets, recommending improvements, and assessing new computing technologies for business value.
- Performance Metrics (KPI): Monitor efficiency and quality of global incident, problem, and change management processes using KPIs, implementing improvements as needed.
- Change Management: Lead and chair Change Approval Boards (CABs) and Emergency Change Approval Boards (ECABs) globally for both traditional and cloud environments.
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage service agreements.
- Budget Management: Oversee the IT department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and expenditures.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Data Communications. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 15 years of Infrastructure services experience with a minimum of 5 years of global leadership experience.
- Strong technical background in IT infrastructure and solutions inclusive of, data center and server environments, desktop environments, network landscape, enterprise storage, security/compliance.
- Knowledge of Gen AI capabilities to drive future business needs.
- Experience with Merger & Acquisitions preferable.
