The Role : As the Lead Process Safety Engineer, reporting to the Director - Global Process Safety, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of corporate Process Safety Management (PSM) strategies and programs to meet our global risk management goals. As a member of the local site leadership team, you'll collaborate across Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) teams, both locally and globally. Your expertise in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA) facilitation will be central to this role.
How You Will Make an Impact :
Facilitate PHAs / LOPAs
- Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of PHAs and LOPAs to ensure compliance with corporate risk criteria.
- Use Sphera's Advanced Risk Assessment (ARA) program to document and manage assessments.
- Ensure thorough identification of scenarios, safeguards, and recommendations in PHA / LOPA reports.
- Facilitate meetings effectively, balancing time management and clear communication.
- Deliver final reports aligned with local Plant Managers and translate them into English as needed.

Salary : $85,000 - $140,000
