Salary : 40,000 to 45,000 DOE
Fast growing Water, Fire & Mold Restoration Company located in Baltimore is seeking a Mitigation Department Coordinator to join our team. This position is an in office position Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
Summary of Essential Duties :
The Coordinator is responsible for intake of new jobs, contacting customer gathering all the required information and reviewing for accuracy, entering jobs into our system (PSA), scheduling crews, assist in obtaining approvals for estimates, following up with customers and crews, reviewing reports and updating notes and dates in multiple databases, updating clients on job progress and resolving general customer concerns.
Qualifications :
To perform this job successfully one must be able to perform each essential duty to satisfaction. The requirements listed below will represent the knowledge and skill to perform such duties.;
o Water, Fire, Mold mitigation experience / knowledge is preferred
Possess a high school diploma or higher education
o Strong Customer Service skills
o Excellent communication skills
o Ability to think and reason strategically
o Must be self motivated
o Detail oriented and able to multitask
o The ability to handle stressful situations
o Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office
o Bilingual is a plus
o Must be able to pass background check and random drug tests
