Overview
SIA Group is a full-service, independent insurance agency with offices located throughout North Carolina. We offer insurance and risk management products for personal and commercial lines, group health benefits, consulting services, and more. We are searching for an Executive Assistant (Business Development) for our President.
If you are you interested in assisting with the creation of strategic sales/marketing initiatives and learning how to motivate and coach others to reach sales goals, this might be the role for you! This position is intended to be a stepping stone into business development for our commercial lines division.
Responsibilities:
- CRM Data Entry
- Add accounts and opportunities to Applied Epic
- List cleaning against client base
- Report on inconsistencies or information to update
- Lead Generation Support
- Assist in creating sales outreach materials and content
- Act as point of contact for all vendors utilized for lead generation and sales support
- Initiate campaigns for prospect warm-ups
- Assist sales team with their strategies and outreach campaigns
- Sales Management Support
- Pull reports from CRM to create the monthly dashboard to monitor progress
- Provide weekly recap reports to sales team members
- Act as liaison between the sales team and President
- Training and Development Support
- Assist with onboarding new sales employees, to include training on resources and technology
- Conduct role-playing and mock meetings to prepare new sales employees
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Risk Management or other related field.
- North Carolina Property and Casualty License, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferred.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving results independently.
- Excellent active listening and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong technology skills.
