We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate would possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of marketing programs to create a comprehensive marketing strategy. This is an on-site position in Jacksonville, North Carolina.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage the agency's brand image, brand standards, and brand reputation
- Set and manage marketing strategy, utilizing creative design
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends
- Create content for marketing materials, including social media, email campaigns, and website copy
- Collaborate with sales team to develop lead generation strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Calculate and present ROI and make suggestions for improvements
- Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Manage and maintain marketing department staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 5 years of experience in marketing, with management experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Experience with digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
