Job Description
Contract roles are geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work.
Sia Title: Project Consultant (Exempt Contractor)
Project Title: Quality Auditor
Level: Mid-Senior
Project Length: This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 80-160 hours
Location: Remote
The expected compensation for this contract is $23,600- $47,000 per length of contract. The exact pay rate will vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to skills, experience, and location.
Key Responsibilities: One of our premier clients is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Auditor (Europe-Qualified Person) to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality control and a desire to take on challenging projects that make a real impact on our business.
- Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet the required quality standards
- Identify and document any non-conformities in the production process
- Communicate findings to relevant departments and work with them to implement corrective actions
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of our quality management system
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards, and ensure that the company is compliant
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of our products
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all quality control activities
Qualifications
- Certification as a Quality Auditor (e.g. CQA, CQIA)
- Experience with statistical process control techniques
- Experience with root cause analysis techniques
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, science, quality management)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control role
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, techniques, and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
