Position: Supervisor of Operations

Are you a natural leader who loves organization and structure? At SIMA HOMES, we’re looking for a Supervisor of Operations to help us lead internal teams and keep things running smoothly as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide ongoing support to Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and administrative staff.
- Oversee and improve the organization and structure of internal departments.
- Ensure the efficient use of operational technology and systems.
- Review and optimize internal processes and workflows regularly.
- Manage and track municipal permitting processes.
- Monitor and respond to general inquiries through: operations@sima.homes
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven leadership and strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience supervising operational or administrative teams.
- Comfortable using digital tools and project management platforms.
- Availability to work on-site in Pecos, TX and Hobbs, NM.
- Proactive, responsible, and an excellent communicator.
