JD :
- Lead and manage large automation projects from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
- Allocate resources and manage project budgets.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Implement automation solutions and integrate with existing systems.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
- Conduct project evaluations and generate performance reports.
- Experience developing automation frameworks and tools.
- Expertise in Java (J2EE / J2SE) and related technologies : Spring Framework, JUnit / TestNG
- Strong Understanding of REST and demonstrated experience with REST APIs testing / automation
- Experience maintaining and scaling up automation infrastructure
- Experience with validating platforms and reference designs
- Experience in designing and developing innovative ideas that tackle automation and execution problems
- Strong experience in using open source tools like Git, Jenkins
- Experience in containerization (Docker) of server apps along with orchestration using Kubernetes
- Exposure to cloud solutions (such as AWS) is a plus
