Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience, preferably with experience in an online or blended learning model
Proven experience in curriculum development, professional development, instructional coaching, mentoring, or a related leadership role is preferred.
Experience working with opportunity youth student population preferred
