Strategic Direction & Leadership:
Lead the design of people systems, tools, and processes that will enable effective integration and optimization of company initiatives and strategies that are aligned with Group.

Develop and co-create a Values Based Organizational Culture
Lead and enable the organization providing a values-based decision framework to ensure sustainability and a culture of accountability supported by operational and business excellence.
Ensure establishment of a learning organization culture;
Lead the modernization of Employee Learning and Development in support of developing a learning organization.
Proactively lead and guide Reldan through growth periods and anticipate, prevent, and prepare them for any negative impacts on the operations and employees, by ensuring long term future-ready leadership initiatives that will provide and translate a clear and transformational vision, while taking all strategic, operational, and interpersonal elements into account.
Champion the Group’s Purpose, Vision, Values, and delivering on the corporation’s strategy.
Lead the development and re-enforcement of an inclusive working environment, one in which employees are valued, with opportunities for a rewarding career, and learning and skills development.
Provide leadership and direction relating to key People and Culture imperatives such as organizational and leadership development, employee learning and development and psychometrics, driving a high-performance culture.
Continuous Improvement, innovation and sustainable growth:
Source new opportunities in fast-tracking leadership development to ensure continued growth within the future ready leadership space.
Lead the development and retention of a future ready leadership bench, leading a future fit organization in support of ESG excellence.
Development of “global talent pool” at a leadership level.
Development of top and senior management, senior talent and succession management strategy and framework culminating in future-ready Leaders.
Attraction and retention of key skills in a global market where the business operates.
Develop a total reward strategy that is fit for a global business.

Ensure alignment to Group ESG standards including, but not exclusively, World Gold Council (WGC) responsible mining principles, ICMM standards and IRMA requirements. Focus on safe production & operational excellence

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
Master’s Degree will be advantageous
Experience:
At least 5 years’ experience in a related role, of which 3 years should have been at a senior management level or experience in a functional/specialist area
Legal:
Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
Successfully clear security screening record including a 7-year criminal record search free of theft or fraud related offenses.
Be a US Citizen, US permanent resident, or Classified as a protected person
Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
