The role:
We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to be responsible for the process optimization in close collaboration with Operations, and for the implementation of the plants upgrades together with the Process team.
The position can be based in the USA, with frequent travel to any of our Glass Recycling plants. The travelling will enable you to explore our operations and meet our talented and experienced people in our recycling business.
Your will report to the Technical Director Glass Recycling, North America, and be part of a Process team dedicated to glass recycling totaling 3 persons North America.

- Produce a high purity cullet directly usable by the glassmaker.
- Separate the cullet by color to maximize its recycling in the glass industry.
- Valuing all co-products (metals, plastics, paper, ceramics) generated during processing.
- Reduce the ecological impact of our activities while recycling our own waste.
- Integrate Hygiene Safety and Environment (HSE) issues into the design of our production processes.
The role:
We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to be responsible for the process optimization in close collaboration with Operations, and for the implementation of the plants upgrades together with the Process team.

Main responsibilities:
- Analyse the technical performances of the process, propose improvements, and implement the optimizations with the local teams (Thruput, Quality & Yield)
- Collaborate with the different engineering phases of the projects with operations & commercial, EH&S, suppliers and consultants: feasibility, permitting, basic engineering, process control, detailed design
- Supervise the project execution on site by suppliers & contractors: management, coordination, safety
- Commission the new processes, transfer to operations, optimize, train the operators
- Share the experience and transfer the know-how to other recycling plants
- Strong respect for Workplace Health and Safety
- Excellent technical skills, Master degree or equivalent
- Previous factory experience in industrial process or chemical environment
- Experience in project management, continuous improvement
- Likes to work on the field
- Ability to motivate & convince people
- Willingness to travel
