SUMMARY :
The position will be responsible for the overall support of the production floor while keeping the following key performance metrics in mind : Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Productivity.
The position will require the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Obtains and distributes supplies, materials, and documentation for assemblers.
- Set up parts for new job packages.
- Data entry with the MRP system to look up part numbers, identify locations, and move products.
- Expedite and work part shortages for assembly lines as needed.
- Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one to three months related experience and / or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Electronics background, Contract Electronic Manufacturing, and ISO standards background are a plus.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS : General Safety, Electrostatic Discharge Awareness, Product / Assembly Introduction, ISO Quality System Awareness, and various other ISO procedures.

- Good vision, color recognition, and manual dexterity are needed in order to work on small objects for extended periods of time.
- The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT :
Must be able to wear an ESD protective garment, including an ESD smock, foot and wrist straps, and protective safety glasses.
